A wide variety of choices for exposing the educators in your school to Love and Logic principles is available to you through
"PARENTING RESPONSIBLE KIDS."
C. William Mercer ("Will") invites you or a selected group of the teachers in your environment to participate in one of the "Becoming a Love and Logic Parent" workshops that is periodically scheduled around Manhattan through "PARENTING RESPONSIBLE KIDS." Your school might even decide to invite "PRK" to present such a six-week workshop in your school facility where interested parents can take advantage of the program close to home -- and in conjunction with the school's decision to implement Love and Logic principles in the classroom. This can be done with "PRK" offering a special school discount to be determined on a case-by-case basis taking volume attendance, scheduling and availability of facilities and audio-visual equipment within the school environment into account.
The "9 Essential Skills for the Love and Logic Classroom" program can be packaged in a number of ways that best suit the needs and desires of the teachers and administrators in your school. In the past, Will has offered keynote presentations for periodic teacher luncheons, monthly in-service trainings within the context of the school's program for continuing teacher education through the course of the school year, as well as presenting the program in a more intensive three-day or five-day seminar or workshop format designed to fit into the off-track periods within the school year. These decisions can be made in consultation with school administration, and Will is flexible in his approach to meeting the identified needs and desires of the teacher population involved.
